We strive to make sure our products are of the best possible quality at all times. We thoroughly test our software on multiple operating systems, to make sure it is performing well under all conditions. We also try to document and explain ourselves as clearly as we can. We do realize however that since you are reading this page, we didn't do a perfect job for you and we would like to change that.

We have many features to help you on this web site, but the best one, by far is our search functionality. We have located it on every page in the top right corner of the screen. Search will go through every page we have on our web site, including all forums, FAQ's, tutorials and issues. This search is universal across the web site and is the best and fastest way of letting you find just the information you need as quickly as possible.

Here are the various ways you could receive help from us.

  • Help files. Each of our products have a context sensitive help file attached to it that explains in details, how the program works and what it can do for you.
  • Frequently asked questions. We also maintain a list of frequently asked questions. If we have a question from one of our valuable clients that we feel would be a benefit to others and especially in cases where one question is asked more than once, we propagate an answer to the list of our FAQ's. We also included some video tutorials in that section for you to see. It is much easier to follow a video.
  • Contact us directly. If you have a question or proposition that is private, please use our contact form to directly make contact with us. Please post all technical questions and issues in the issues manager or the forum.
